Preface. Probably one of the most delicious soups in Turkish cuisine, but also some useful!!! It turned out I was deeply mistaken in their expectations regarding this soup:) I tried it and, frankly, was surprised; I did not expect this taste. Now this is my favorite soup. I'm sure those who try to cook themselves will be delighted with the taste. Begin to cook the soup. I gave time is relative, depends on the grains you will use. I always use either wheat (in Turkey dove), or barley. The wheat is boiled an hour, everything else is faster. Additionally I put in the soup already cooked chickpeas for 10 minutes until cooked wheat. So, put on the fire water with barley to your taste. Additionally, you can add white beans (if you like) or chickpeas. At this time make the base of our soup. In a separate bowl, mix the yogurt, egg yolk and flour, and stir with a whisk until smooth.
