Delicious, Golden, air maffini. This is my first baking with carrots.

Cooking
Melt the butter. Add sugar, eggs, beat with a whisk to dissolve the sugar.
Add the yogurt, salt, flour with baking powder. Knead. Add finely grated carrots and orange zest. Molds grease or put paper baskets. Fill molds and bake in predvaritelno preheated 200*C oven for approximately 20 minutes.
