Found in his book a very simple cookie recipe. At home everything was in stock, and for tea there was nothing. Did simple cookie. Delicate shortcrust with almond flavor.

Here's a recipe.
Recipe almonds, peel, dry, grind in a meat grinder. I have ready the almonds. Mix with sugar, vanilla sugar.
Sifted flour, add in oil, mix well.
In the mass add nuts.
Whites, lightly beat and add the nut-flour mixture, add water.
Knead the dough. Kneaded dough should be firm consistency. I was a little bit bland.
Roll the dough in the seam thickness 1 cm cut molds, lay on a baking tray, covered with baking paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 230C for 20 min.
