Biscuits-muesli with blueberry jam
Delicious, satisfying and healthy treat especially for those who are on a diet or fasting. Try it ;)

Ingredients

  • Oat flakes

    100 г

  • Forest nuts

    30 г

  • Sesame

    20 г

  • Cards

    10 шт

  • Dried apricots

    5 шт

  • Prunes

    5 шт

  • Leavening agent

    1 ч. л.

  • Syrup vanilla

    2 ст. л.

  • Vegetable oil

    1 ст. л.

  • Jam

  • Sugar

    1 ст. л.

  • Salt

Cooking

Mix oatmeal (better a little crushed), sesame, nuts, salt and baking powder.

Add Manco chopped dates, dried apricots and prunes, mix well.

Add jam, mint syrup and vegetable oil.

Mix well and leave the mixture for 25-30 minutes.

Then put into a form with parchment (you can optionally lubricated), to level.

Bake at 180*C for 20 minutes. To cut into portions while still warm pastries.
