Cold rice goes very well with fruits and berries. I offer this dessert. Easy, fast, affordable. Very original, delicious, appetizing and satisfying.

Cooking
To the rice add the honey and stir.
The cherries slightly thawed, add sugar +water and cook for 10 min.
Remove from heat, drain on drushlag, syrup cool. Leave a few cherries for decoration. In the cooled syrup soak the gelatine.
Heat the syrup with the gelatin, until dissolved. Place the rice + cinnamon in the syrup and mix well.
Prepare the bowl. Necessary to spread a layer of rice in syrup, then again cherry and Fig in syrup. So pour a ladle of rice syrup.
Top 2 tbsp. l with slide cherry.
And again Fig. Put into the fridge for 30 min.
Whip the cream with sah. powder until stiff peaks.
Get bowl spread them chocolate balls, a handful of each.
Spread on top the cream and decorate with cherries.
