Prepare all the ingredients.
To combine the butter with the sugar, mix well. Add the vanilla sugar and the egg, knead well.
Add baking powder, salt, flour, cereals, 60 grams of coconut flakes and carefully knead the dough.
Using a teaspoon put the dough in small portions on a baking tray lined with baking paper, leaving gaps wider. Sprinkle with coconut flakes.
Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Give the liver to cool.
