Japanese dessert
This Japanese dessert can be prepared from available products, traditionally it is prepared with strawberries. I decided to experiment and made with raspberries and kiwi. Dessert turns out to be very gentle, airy and incredibly delicious.

Ingredients

  • Gelatin

    10 г

  • Egg white

  • Kiwi

  • Mint

  • Dark chocolate

Gelatin, pour hot water, stir until dissolved, leave to cool to room temperature.

Beat the whites gradually adding sugar. Add 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.

Pour the cooled gelatin into the whites with the sugar, continuing to whisk. The mixture is poured into the molds until half and put them in the fridge for 5 minutes until the jelly is slightly thickened and fruit is not settled to the bottom.

Remove the form, put some raspberries in the other slices of peeled kiwi.

Pour on top of remaining whites and refrigerate until firm. I have molds with kiwi was not filled completely, so the recommendations I reduced the amount of servings.

Before serving dessert to the table, omit the molds for a few seconds in hot water and flip onto a plate. Garnish with mint leaves and chocolate. Bon appetit!
