Prepare the ingredients...
Oil RUB with sugar and vanilla...
Add the egg...
Now add flour mixture ( flour, soda and salt)
Dried oatmeal in a skillet ( without adding oil). Be careful! If cereal be burnt, the cookies will taste bitter!!!
In the dough add the oatmeal and cocoa (I added a little extra crushed nuts)... and give everything a good stir!
From the dough shape small balls and put on baking tray with baking paper. Now a tablespoon, press into each ball, and thereby achieve a form of flat circle! ( as pictured)
Bake for about 15 minutes - 20 at a temperature of 180 degrees! Ready biscuits sprinkle with powdered sugar! And allow to cool!
