Christmas ginger cookies. To store such cookies are better in boxes, tightly closed, otherwise it might become hard on the second day after preparation.

Cooking
Until smooth RUB the softened butter with plain and vanilla sugar
Add ginger, beat eggs, stir again
Then pour the sifted flour, pre-mixed with baking powder
Knead the dough, roll it to a thickness of 3-4mm
Cut out dough with cookie molds
Spread it on the laid parchment baking sheet, put on 10-15 minutes in heated to 180 degrees oven.
