Ginger biscuits and strips of Parmesan and almonds
I suggest to try the traditional and beloved ginger cookie in an unusual option. Spicy strips baked with a savory cheese and almond, surprise even themselves Swedes! You can also try this.

Boil water with syrup and sugar in a saucepan.

Fold butter, orange, cinnamon, ginger, cloves and cardamom in a bowl for kneading the dough and pour the hot syrup. To remediate until complete dissolution of oil.

When the spicy mixture has cooled, stir in the baking soda in 800 ml of flour and quickly knead a flexible dough, if necessary adding a little more flour. I inadvertently knocked over a liter all at once... Perhaps it's dry out. Form the dough into the form of briquettes, wrap in cling film and leave in a cool place, of degree, say, +15, at night. If you have no other cool place other than the refrigerator, the dough will turn to stone, and you will have to first warm it at room temperature.
