Stir fry chicken with chard stalks
Very quick, easy and tasty dish! Method stir-fry –the greatest invention of the Asian cuisine, which allows to obtain very soon the dish is juicy, tender, with pohrustyvanie healthy vegetables, fragrant and without a doubt, useful.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    2 шт

  • Leeks

    1 шт

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Beetroot leaves

    1 пуч.

  • Corn

    1/2 бан.

  • Green onions

    3..4 веточ.

  • Soy sauce

    3 ст. л.

  • The sugar syrup

    1 ст. л.

  • Vegetable oil

    1 ст. л.

  • Sesame

    1..2 ст. л.

  • A mixture of spices

    1/2 ч. л.

Cooking

Chicken fillet cut into strips and marinate in a tablespoon of soy sauce, wasserbau it into the meat. Put into the refrigerator for a day. But you can for an hour.

Wash and dry vegetables. Discard the corn.

Chop the leeks diagonally sliced, onion –along bulbs, and mangaldoi stalks-across cubes.

Then everything is simple and fast. Heat oil and stir fry chicken until light brown.

Add the onion and stalks. Stir fry for a few minutes.

Add corn syrup and pour soy sauce. Stir a couple of times for uniform heating. Sprinkle with spices and sesame seeds, stir and remove from heat.

Serve hot, warm or completely cooled –to your taste and weather. When serving, sprinkle with green onions.
