Cooking
To prepare this dessert I used sugar TM Mistral.
Soak the gelatine 600 ml. In a saucepan, combine sugar 200 grams and 120 ml of water. Cook the syrup, bring to a boil.
Pour half of the syrup in a separate Cup. Add the juice of 1 lemon and the pulp of the second (Cut the flesh into cubes). Remove the side, our lemon sauce is ready.
In a separate bowl mix well the yogurt.
Add gelatin to the yogurt. The second half of the syrup.
Pour into molds, in which it will serve. About half. Put in the refrigerator to solidify. For 40 minutes (may take longer)
Slice some cucumbers for decoration. The rest chop large cubes. Prepare gelatin per 300 ml of liquid.
Next, boil the syrup as above with 60 ml of water and 110 grams of sugar. Connect the gelatin with the syrup.
Put the cucumbers in a blender, pour syrup and preroute 5 minutes.
Strain the mixture through a very fine sieve or cheesecloth, we don't need particles, just pure syrup. Wait 10 minutes until the foam has come.
Remove the molds with a yogurt jelly, top carefully place slices of cucumber, pressing down slightly so they don't pop up. And carefully pour cucumber jelly. Put in the refrigerator to solidify.
