To prepare brown cane sugar TM "Mistral" and milk.
Gelatin pour the milk to swell. I have plates, I soaked for 7 minutes.
In a saucepan put gelatin with milk and add sugar.
On a slow fire stirring constantly, heat the milk to dissolve gelatin and sugar. Do not bring to boil!
To give the milk to cool slightly, then pour the contents into a blender, add honey and whip for 10 minutes until smooth.
Gelatin - honey mixture poured into the form. I have a form of silicone in the form of Christmas trees. To remove the jelly in the fridge for 1.5 - 2 hours.
The dessert is ready remove from the mold onto a plate.
Will priporocam our Christmas tree with snow (powdered sugar), hang the balls (berries) and chocolate garland ( chocolate chips). Served to the table!
