Basil this year just wonderful. Spicy in the extreme... they always want him to cook something. And especially the desserts. I present to you my another fiction. Very unusual combination, but delicious-Oh-Oh-Oh...

Ingredients

  • Basil

  • Wheat flakes

  • Milk

  • Cream

    100 мл

  • Honey

    6 ст. л.

  • Gelatin

    10 г

  • Citric acid

    1/3 ч. л.

We will prepare our ingredients.

Basil a good rinse in running water. Put in a pan and pour 750 ml of cold water. Cook on medium heat for 15-20 minutes.

Fill our cereal with hot milk and cream mixture. Add 1 spoon of honey, mix thoroughly and leave to swell flakes for 5-7 minutes.

Also pour gelatin 1 Cup cold water for swelling.

Put cereal in a cocktail blender and whisk to a thick smooth mass.

The mass thickens very quickly, so immediately put it in cups in which we serve our dessert. Put into the fridge.

When the Basil will give to our "compatico" all of your taste, alas we remove. Strain the liquid, add the rest (if you want sweeter, you can add a little more) honey, citric acid and gelatin. Bring to a boil, but do NOT BOIL! Let cool and pour in our cups. Put into the fridge until our dessert on a fully gelled.
