Cooking
Sift flour and connect with baking powder, add cinnamon.
Beat the eggs with sugar (including vanilla sugar) with a whisk. Add the softened butter and again mix well. Then sour cream. Mix well.
Gradually add to egg mixture the flour (with cinnamon and baking powder) and knead the dough on a floured the table. Don't worry - it sticks to the hands. Form the dough into a ball, if not, then add a little flour.
Dough (ball) put in a bowl and covering with plastic wrap. Put into the fridge for a few hours (2-3) I left and at night.
Ready and chilled roll out the dough into the reservoir (4-8 mm) and cut with cookie cutter (dipping the form into flour) figures. I don't recommend much to be subverted and the dream: cut out circles using glasses, they then I turned out the air (stars, crescents and hearts turned out a little dry). Put biscuits on a dry baking sheet.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Be guided by your oven, I set the mode dual convection and after 15 minutes was told the cookies with yolk and gave them 5 minutes to brown.
