Cooking
Mushrooms put in a pan and boil them with water;
Add oil, chopped onions and fry until Golden - allow to cool;
To the mince add the egg, chopped herbs, nutmeg;
Add to the minced soy sauce and mushrooms - all carefully mixed (if needed, you can salt, I salted);
The stuffing is a bit watery, so with the help of a spoon put the meat in the breadcrumbs, sprinkle it on top and then shape the croquettes; Fry in butter on both sides until done;
Serve with vegetables and greens;
