Chicken wings wash, dry, sprinkle with vodka and refrigerate for 20 minutes. Whip the egg whites until the formation of air mass, add starch, flour and mix. Walnuts peel, chop and blend with crushed cereal. Chicken wings, roll first in protein mass
then in flaky dough.
Fry on well-heated vegetable oil on each side, or bake in the oven in a refractory form until tender.
Place on a platter, garnish with parsley. Serve with potatoes, boiled rice, risotto or buckwheat. And salad of fresh vegetables.
