Description
Farinata - the Ligurian chickpea cake made of flour, depending on the region of Italy has different names: Cecina, fine, Sokka, etc. Farinata is made from simple and available ingredients, traditionally baked in a wood oven. At home it is prepared in a well-heated oven and even bake on the pan.

Cooking
In a coffee grinder to grind the chickpeas to make 100 g of flour. Sift to avoid unnecessary lumps.
