There is often a problem what to offer tea in the post, and if you have looked guests, the problem is doubled... but there is a solution. I suggest to try this tasty vegetable cake with coffee.

Cooking
Make coffee or make a drink of 2 teaspoons of instant coffee. In a separate bowl mix dry ingredients: flour, sugar, baking powder, soda and cocoa powder.
In hot coffee to pour sunflower oil and vinegar.
To combine dry and wet ingredients, knead well with a spatula until smooth. The dough will be thick.
Form for baking grease with a thin layer of sunflower oil and sprinkled with a thin layer of flour. Put in the batter, flatten and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bake in a preheated 180 degrees oven for about 40-50 minutes.
The finished cake let cool completely in the form, get it, slice and serve. Bon appetit!
