Tart with chickpeas and carrots
A delicious tart with a crispy base. Chickpeas makes the filling creamy texture, but combined with cheese and other ingredients the taste it leaves on the second plan.

Ingredients

  • Phyllo dough

  • Chickpeas

  • Feta

  • Dill

    1 ст. л.

  • Chicken egg

  • Carrots

    1 шт

  • Lemon juice

    1 ч. л.

  • Black pepper

  • Butter

    1 ст. л.

  • Olive oil

    2 ст. л.

Cooking

1. Chickpea to cook according to the instructions on the package.

2. The sheet of dough to grease with butter, fold in half, put into a form. On top of the grease. To do the same with the second sheet.

3. Chickpeas, slightly crushed with a potato masher.

4. On top of the dough nut. Sprinkle with half the dill.

5. Sprinkle half of the cheese. Then the top drive egg and with a fork to distribute them throughout the form.

6. Preheat the oven to 180C, put the form in the oven for 10 minutes.

7. Peel the carrot with a vegetable peeler into strips, drizzle with olive oil and pepper. Remove from the oven and top with the carrots and arrange remaining cheese. Bake until cooked carrots.

Before serving, sprinkle with lemon juice, olive oil, and sprinkle with dill. Bon appetit.
