Corn biscuit with peaches
Solar biscuit with thin corn dough and a filling of juicy, sweet peaches!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    160 г

  • Corn flour

    100 г

  • Salt

  • Water

  • Vegetable oil

  • Peach

  • Cookies

  • Sugar

    2 ст. л.

In a bowl, mix two kinds of flour and a pinch of salt.

In a Cup mix the warm water and vegetable oil. Into the flour mixture make a well and gradually infusing the oil with water, knead the dough is smooth, soft, not stick to hands. If during kneading the dough seems liquid - add more flour (I needed 1 tbsp) if batter seems too steep - add a little warm water.

Knead the dough, roll into a ball, wrap in cling film and leave in the fridge for 30 minutes.

On a sheet of baking paper thinly roll out the dough.

Distribute crushed into crumbs with a rolling pin or a blender biscuits, leaving 3-3. 5 cm of the edges free.

On top spread sliced peaches.

Wrap the edges of the biscuits on top of peaches. Just spray it with water the edges of the dough and sprinkle with sugar. Bake in a preheated 190 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until Golden color.
