Baskets with Panna cotta
Crispy shortcrust pastry, with sweet raspberry jam and creamy cloud Panna cotta. Thanks to the ready mix "Dr Oetker" the process of cooking much easier, because in the holidays time so much! I have a layer of Panna cotta, thin, if you want it in baskets more, then need to cook from a bag.

Ingredients

  • Butter

    150 г

  • Powdered sugar

    80 г

  • Flour almond

    30 г

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 ч. л.

  • Chicken egg

    1 шт

  • White chocolate

    30 г

  • Jam

    70 г

  • The mixture powder

    1/2 пакет.

  • Milk

  • Cream

    100 мл

Grind butter with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar

Add the egg, mix

Add regular and almond flour, quickly knead the dough gentle, put into the refrigerator for 2 hours

The dough to distribute the moulds and bumpers if you want the Panna cotta a little more, the sides should be higher. Suggest pastry is to lay a paper for baking and cover with beans or peas, but I lie all the dough to bubble, so I don't bother. Put into the refrigerator for 30 minutes, then bake at 180 degrees until cooked.
