Description
This recipe I told grandma about 15 years ago. She called them pasties, I simply called fried pies. Very simple and quick recipe. Very tasty! And most importantly - the filling can be almost any meat (any meat), poultry (chicken, Turkey), fish, mince, potatoes, eggs, onion, rice with egg, onion, jam (any that you like). This time I decided to cook with chicken mince. Cooking time is oriented from the dough to the finished pies (but the speed of cooking may vary).

Cooking
Knead the dough. For this mix yogurt, salt, soda, flour (gradually introduce). The dough should be soft but not stick to hands.
Make filling. Mix minced chicken, onion grind by any means (you can finely chop, crank through a meat grinder, or a blender) and add to the mince. Put salt and pepper according to your taste. Add a little water to make " wet " stuffing, but don't overdo it.
You can roll out the dough with a rolling pin and cut with a saucer approximately 0.5 cm thick circles, and can make dough sausage and split off a piece that fits in the hand. Gently do hands in the circle and put on it the dough so that the pie could be closed.
Well the edges of pies blind.
Fry in vegetable oil on low heat with two sides until Golden brown.
