Custard pancakes
Signature recipe from my mom, which she delights us every Shrove Tuesday. Pancakes are obtained thin, delicate and extremely tasty. Perfectly combined with a variety of fillings. Help yourself!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 кг

  • Yeast

200 ml of warm water dissolve the yeast, add about a Cup of flour and mix thoroughly. Gradually add 800 ml of warm water and remaining flour.

Put the dough in a warm place for about 4 hours, stirring occasionally to not "ran".

Bring to boil 1.5 liters of water (may take more or less) and gently pour in the batter, continuously stirring. To avoid lumps, pour the water should be slightly and very slowly. Should be the batter with small bubbles.

In a separate bowl, lightly beat eggs with a fork, sugar and salt. Add to the dough. At the end pour 0.5 cups of vegetable oil without smell, stir well. Bake pancakes on the heated pan, which should be the beginning to lubricate with a little oil, about 1 minute on each side until Golden brown.
