Egg whisk with sugar and salt. Add the yogurt, hydrated soda.
Bananas rubs and also added to the batter.
Then add the sifted flour, the batter should be slightly thicker than for ordinary pancakes.
Baked banana fritters on a medium heat, before brushing the pan with vegetable oil "Oleyna crisp".
Ready pancakes served with such a sauce: banana rubs with sour cream and add liquid honey, mix thoroughly.
