I really help out the flakes from the Mistral. Lots of variantov use! Always at hand the basis for a delicious and hearty Breakfast.
Pour the hot milk buckwheat flakes and leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
Cut into cubes the apples, grate the carrots. Put in cereal, add sugar, egg. If the batter is too runny, add more cereal.
On a dry hot pan fry the pancakes on both sides.
Pancakes are here, ugly) But how delicious to eat them hot with honey and milk! Try it!
