Description
Fairly simple corn muffin with the addition of oat bran. Delicious pancakes with a crispy crust. To them I decided to melted chocolate and roasted walnuts.

Cooking
Heat the milk to lukewarm. Add salt, sugar and add corn flour.
Then add the oat bran, mix everything carefully.
Then add the wheat flour and dry yeast SAF-moment.
Stir the batter to avoid lumps, cover with a towel and leave for 15 minutes.
Fry fritters in hot oil. I immediately cover with a lid, and when flipped open the lid and fry until cooked.
Serve pancakes hot, watering melted chocolate and sprinkled with nuts. Can serve with sour cream or jam.
