Never tried adding ginger in meals, but got the recipe and I decided to try. The result was very pleased, and especially the kids. You can also try this.

Cooking
Dissolve in water sugar and yeast, leave until the foam (about 15 minutes).
Mix oatmeal and cereal, pour hot water. I didn't have this flour, I just poured cereal, and oatmeal was replaced with flour and added a little later.
Peel the ginger root and Apple. Grate the ginger on a fine grater, and the Apple at large.
Mix the dough, the steamed flakes, sugar and wheat flour (1/2 Cup + 2 tbsp). Add the Apple and ginger. Stir.
With a spoon spread the batter on a heated pan with a little oil and fry on both sides.
Serve pancakes with jam, sour cream. We enjoyed chocolate pasta.
