Sour cream pancakes

Pancakes with sour cream with cranberry jam, honey or sour cream.

Cooking

Offer to cook pancakes with sour cream. We will need sour cream, eggs, sugar, salt, soda and flour. Spread the sour cream in a container, add sugar, salt and break the eggs. Stir well.

Add flour mixed with soda. Knead the dough well to avoid lumps. The dough should not be too thick or liquid.

The pan good heat, pour vegetable oil, spoon our batter to form pancakes and fry in a hot pan in butter first on one side, then flip and fry until cooked on the other.
