Cooking
Canned peaches cut into slices.
Cold butter chopped with a knife.
Add the flour, a pinch of salt and sugar. Grind the flour with the butter into crumbs. Add water and knead the dough.
Just glue all the crumbs in one bowl. Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and leave in refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.
Now for the cream. In a saucepan combine milk with cream and put on fire. Bring to a boil.
The yolks combine with sugar.
Add cornstarch and again mix well.
To the resulting mixture in a thin stream pour the hot milk with cream and stir constantly with a whisk.
Pour into a clean saucepan, put on medium heat and while stirring bring to a thick state.
The resulting cream is poured into the bowl and cover with cling film in contact with the surface. Leave to cool on the table.
Bake basis. Preheat the oven to 170°. Form grease with butter. The diameter of my mould - 27 cm.
Take the dough out of the fridge and roll out to a thickness of 2-3 mm. Vystelim the dough into the bottom of the form and shape of bumpers. Pinned the dough with a fork and bake it in the oven for 15 min.
Get in shape with our Foundation from the oven and spread on her cream.
On top lay slices of peaches, slightly utaplivaja them in the cream. Send back in the oven for 50-60 min.
The finished flan is necessary to completely cool and refrigerate for 3 hours. After such cooling it will easily be cut and keep shape.
