Peel the onion and carrot. Fry them for 5 minutes on medium heat. You can cover the pan with a lid and do not forget to stir. Add the stuffing (I didn't have one and I just finely sliced meat). Mix well, season with salt and pepper and continue to simmer over medium heat.
After laying the meat, you can begin cooking pasta. In boiling water, add salt (about 1 teaspoon per liter of water) and carefully lower the pasta.
Cooked pasta aside in a colander. Let drain out. Then put the pasta to the mince. Mix thoroughly, cover and remove from heat to let the pasta for 5-7 minutes soaked. I will eat well)))
