Pancake cake-mousse

Prepare for pancake dough all products should be room temperature. Water can be heated in the microwave to be warm (for yeast)

To the warm water add the yeast ( I had dry instant TM SAF - Moment) and sugar, mix and leave for 15-20 minutes.

Then add eggs, milk, salt, mix. Add the flour pieces and stir with a whisk to avoid lumps.

Finally add the oil, stir, and get the batter for pancakes.

Bake on a greased hot pan for 2 minutes on one side and about a minute on the other. I got 16 pancakes. Let cool and cover with cling film, so as not withered.

And while making the mousse. For a start, in a saucepan pour the strawberry puree, add sugar, and put it on the stove. Bring to a boil, remove and let cool completely.

We will prepare the stuffing. Cut the bananas are not thin, not to get mashed in the future.
