Yeast pancakes with persimmons
Now persimmon season and not take it I just could not. And since now begins pancake week, and I will do pancakes with persimmon. They come out very tender and tasty. Only one negative they have is to eat them better warm. Because when cooled they get a not very appetizing appearance.

Ingredients

  • Milk

  • Flour

  • Chicken egg

  • Sugar

  • Cinnamon

  • Yeast

  • Leavening agent

    1/2 ч. л.

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

    2 ст. л.

  • Water

    50 мл

Soft persimmon, wash, remove seeds and the stalk. Cut and punch a blender until smooth.

In warm milk put the sugar and yeast. Leave for 10 min.

Once the yeast started to work add the egg, mashed persimmon, butter, salt, cinnamon. Mix well. gradually add flour and knead the dough. Let stand for another 10 min.

Now add baking powder, stir and on a hot, greased pan pouring pancakes.

Our bake pancakes with two sides until tender.
