For fritters.
Birch juice, beat the egg, add 100 gr. sugar TM Mistral, flour, knead the dough consistency of thick cream.
In the resulting mass add 1 tbsp. of the blueberries, mix gently.
Pancakes fry on the heated pan in vegetable oil until it will turn brown.
For the sauce, blueberries (1 tbsp.) to whip with sour cream and sugar TM Mistral (150 gr.).
