Description

Cooking
Pour yogurt into a container, which will raise the crepes, heat slightly above room temperature, add soda, stir, leave for a few minutes until frothy.
Now add the eggs, salt and stir well.
Pour the flour into the mixture and stir until smooth to avoid lumps. In view of our preparation for the test will be thicker than sour cream. Add the sunflower oil and mix again.

From the pan put our pancake on a plate, grease with butter (I melt and prick with a fork and am in the pancake, so definitely will not be a lot of butter on your pancakes) and sprinkle with sugar (here according to your taste, my love not too sweet, so I put a little less than half teaspoon)
