Prepare the products.
In a Cup of sifted flour. Add curd, sugar, butter. Add the vanilla sugar TM".Oetker".
Add the baking powder TM".Oetker".
Grind the ingredients with a fork until the state crumbs.
Add the egg and lemon zest.
Knead the dough.
Spread the batter in a greased silicone form.
Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cooled cupcake. Spread on a dish, cover with icing and decorate with sugar topping TM".Oetker".
