I love baking with cherries. Want to share a recipe for delicious, tender, flavorful cupcakes.

Cooking
Cherry mix the flour with the yoghurt and curd. Leave for 20 minutes to swell.
Beat white egg with sugar and a pinch of salt.
Combine the two mixtures, mix well. Pour the flour with the baking powder, mix well.
Fill molds halfway. Bake in a preheated oven of 180* 25 minutes. After time to cool. Optionally, you can add frosting or decorate with cream.
