Cooking
Mix the flour, a pinch of salt. Add the chopped cold butter.
Grind into crumbs. Add ice water and knead the dough.
For the filling, combine sour cream, egg, egg yolk, vanilla, sugar and starch. Beat.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator, roll out the layer, pour on it the sour cream filling.
From top to distribute blueberries.
Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 35-40 minutes.
