Mix the egg, milk, salt and spices.
Cut and add the onions.
Cut the sausage in cubes.
Grate cheese on a grater.
All mix in a common dish.
Add cheese, onion, flour and stir.
I added Mayo and ketchup.
Cut and add cucumber. All mix well.
