Sift flour in bowl, add diced butter, warm! Either cool the oil and RUB on a grater. Grind everything into crumbs.

The dough should be rolled up in a nice bun, not stick and not spread! Therefore, it is better to start kneading without water! Despite what the meal, someone will not take all water, who will take 2 tbsp. l. Remove the dough in the cold for half an hour.
But in the meantime, prepare a filling. Cut cubes of Apple and Mandarin.
In a pan melt the butter with the brown sugar TM Mistral.
Add the apples and cook until lightly tender.
While the apples simmered, prepare the crumbs. To do this, in equal proportions, mix all ingredients together and grind hands crumbs.
As soon as the apples brought until soft, add the tangerines and continue to simmer.
And in the meantime, remove the dough from the cold and take the form of hands, stretching the fingers as much as possible around the edges, we will need them to bend on the stuffing. Form with a diameter of 23 cm.
Once the filling has become more or less homogeneous and soft, switch off and spread on our dough and neatly folded around the edges to cover up our stuffing and it does not run away anywhere.
Sprinkle the top with crumbs and put into a preheated oven to 200C for 20-25 minutes. Cook until a nice Golden color.
