Prepare the products.

Measure out the required amount of cereals. Washed. Spread the rice in a saucepan. Add clean water (1 part rice - 2 parts water). Salt. Cook until cooked. Cool.

Prunes wash with warm water ( if prunes too dry, then fill it with hot water and leave for 15-20 minutes). Finely chop the prunes. Nuts chop with a knife.

Banana peel put on a plate and mash with a fork.

Put in a Cup of boiled rice, a banana weight and sugar (can be without it). Add 3 tbsp of corn flour. Stir.

Cooked weight divided by 2 parts. One part leave untouched - lean, the second part add the egg ( slightly beat) - nepolnye option. Stir.

In two cups, add the prunes and nuts (equally). In nepotii option add 1 tbsp of corn flour. Mix well each mass.

In a bowl pour 1 tbsp ( heaped) of flour. With a spoon put lean mass on a plate with flour. Dip each ball. Shape. Spread on a pan with vegetable oil. Fry with 2 sides until Golden brown ( 2 minutes each side). Put the fritters on a cloth, removing the excess oil.

Serves pancakes, garnished with mint leaves : lean - jam, nepolnye - with sour cream.
