Required products
Potatoes RUB on a small grater.
Atteriwem the juice through sieve or cheesecloth. Can be hung in cheesecloth for a while, substituting a bowl at the bottom.
The juice is poured from the sediment. The remaining starch is not emitted.
To the potatoes add the egg, salt and starch, stir.
Add 1-2 tablespoons of flour to a consistency that you hands to form the dumplings.
Boil the milk with the water.
Forming the dumplings smaller than a walnut. In the process of cooking they will increase. Put in the boiling milk.
Cook for about 10 minutes and serve. Of course, very tasty add a spoonful of butter, but it is optional.
