Cooking
For this dish use sausage.
Boil broccoli in salted water for about 4 minutes (until soft legs).
In a pan pour oil, add the peeled garlic, peppers, anchovies, sausage (cleaned from shell, cut into small pieces). As soon as the sausage pieces turn white, add the wine, stir and let it evaporate (2 minutes).
Add broccoli, wooden shovel slice them into small pieces, add a little water (3-4 tbsp) in which the cooked broccoli and simmer for 5-8 minutes. At the end of cooking broccoli should be like mashed potatoes - ready, remove the garlic and set off.
Boil the pasta in plenty of water (2.5 liters, 1 tbsp of salt), at the time specified on the packaging, on the expiration of time to throw the pasta in a colander to drain excess water.
Put the frying pan with sausage and broccoli on the fire, add the pasta, mix well and heat over 2-3 minutes and the dish can be served, previously sprinkled with cheese.
