Pasta with peppers and olives
The perfect pasta for a quick dinner in the Italian style. It's very simple and very tasty!

Ingredients

  • Pasta

    250 г

  • Pepper

    1 шт

  • Tomato

    2 шт

  • Green olives

    20 шт

  • Garlic

    2 зуб.

  • Olive oil

    3 ст. л.

  • Thyme

    1 ч. л.

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Cheese

    1 ст. л.

Cooking

Pasta cook until tender in salted water. Drain in a colander.

Vegetables cut into small pieces. Chop the garlic.

Saute garlic and pepper in olive oil for 2 minutes.

Add the tomatoes, the sliced olives, thyme, and salt. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Add the pasta and chopped fresh herbs to the vegetables. Warm up 2 minutes. Turn off.
