Just got me a strange object. Said zucchini. Was very surprised by the shape and size, straight pumpkin, not zucchini! Immediately arose the idea to make it a wonderful edible bowl. Here's what I came up with!

Cooking
After washing the bun, cut out the lid.
Carefully removed the pulp, salt, grease with vegetable oil inside.
Close the lid, and put in a preheated to 180 oven while preparing the filling. (it took me 30 minutes).
So, boiled rice (I had otvoren completely, but I think it is better just not to cook).
Fry in vegetable oil (add salt and pepper to taste, I added a pinch of sugar).
In the same skillet, lightly fried onion with sliced mushrooms.
Removed from the oven gingerbread. It formed juice.
On the bottom bun spread the meat and a couple of drops of mayonnaise.
Mushrooms with mayonnaise and a little water.
In the oven on max (I have 230 degrees). After an hour and a half, the bun is ready (the readiness check with a skewer poked in the side).
Remove the sample! Very tasty, juicy! And ballooon!!! Bon appetit!
