Preparation start with the fact that we put in the oven to dry broken into pieces of bread. In a preheated 180 degrees for 10 minutes. After that crackers put in blender, add salt, pepper, grind until crumbs. Do not switch off the oven, leave to warm up to 200 degrees.
In salted water boil according to the instructions, both types of pasta together until al dente. Drain, reserve some water.
Finely chop the onion, garlic and peeled tomatoes. In a deep frying pan heat the olive oil, put the onions and garlic, saute a bit. Add the fennel, tomatoes, tomato sauce, raisins, coarsely chopped sardines. Also in the pan drain the oil from the sardines. Under a lid stew for 5 minutes on medium heat.
At the bottom of the high-temperature forms of rolling out the foil, put it in the spaghetti. Pour about a half Cup of water, remaining from the paste, spread the prepared sauce. Spread on top halves of cherry tomatoes. Close the top with foil and put for 10 minutes in the oven.
Put spaghetti in a plate, top sprinkle with powdered parsley and bread crumbs. Serve immediately.
