The necessary ingredients
Finely chop the onion. Cucumber peel, cut lengthwise and spoon to pick the seeds. Cut into wedges.
Onions and cucumbers and fry until Golden brown.
Add cream and herbs, season with salt and pepper and cook for 2-3 minutes.
