Chicken cut into 8 pieces and brush each piece with mustard. Put in a deep pan and fry until Golden brown, watching to not burnt mustard.
Remove the chicken pieces and in a pan, place onion slices. Put the chicken pieces on top of onions and simmer over low fire for 45 min. Then take out the chicken pieces and onions add sour cream and mustard. Let boil. You can add the parsley, salt to taste.
