Chicken rolls with spinach
Very tender and tasty, home-cooked ate with great pleasure.

Ingredients

  • Chicken fillet

    1 кг

  • Spinach

    2 пуч.

  • Onion

    3 шт

  • Salt

  • Khmeli-suneli

  • Chicken egg

    1 шт

  • Milk

Chicken breast washed, dried, cut lengthwise as on the chops. Lightly beat off. The pieces should be large, that was easy to wrap. Fillet lightly with salt and pepper.

For the filling: chopped spinach, onions cut into half rings, cheese to suffer on a large grater.

Onions lightly fry in a pan, once it becomes softer, add the spinach. Saute for 3-4 minutes. Add a little spice. Put the stuffing in a bowl and mix with cheese.

Now put the filling on the fillet and twist in the roll. Dip them in flour, then dip in beaten egg with milk (liaison), and coat in breadcrumbs.

Fry until Golden brown. You can cover it and a little then, not sure if rare. BON APPETIT!
