Effervescent, refreshing and invigorating! For the contest "Burnt by the sun"
Ingredients

Black tea
3 ч. л.

Cooking
Pour the tea with boiling water. Instead of 3 tsp of leaf I use 3 sachets. Leave to infuse for 5 minutes. Remove tea leaves or bags. Cover, allow to cool slightly and cool completely in the refrigerator.
The strawberries and the sugar, place in a thicket of blender. Whisk until smooth. If desired, strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth to remove seeds.
Mix the tea and strawberries.
Pour tea and strawberry mixture in glasses.
Top up with soda water. Serve with ice and slices of lemon. Bon appetit!
